At Vittoria Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our blends; if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged or faulty items, please attach clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for returning the item if necessary.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement product at no additional cost.
